The staff across all departments were very nice. Reception Manager Mahmoud was helpful. Chef Imad El Dine Mohamad provided delicious meals. Waiters Ashraf, Mahmoud, Mahmoud, and Omar offered excellent service. The team's kindness and the overall atmosphere made my vacation nice (i will never forget this vacation).
The gym had limited equipment so i had to wait, but this was only a minor inconvenience.

the staff displayed helpful and supportive behavior, beginning with security and extending through front office, restaurant service, room service and lifeguards. the hotel provides good value. breakfast, lunch, and dinner featured tasty options, though more variety would be welcome.
